2 months of travelling

It is curious how time is distorsioned here, we´ve been here for 2 months and seems like 1 year, so you leave for 1 week and people think it is one month and almost forgot your face ;)

So in this 2 months-1year I had time for lot´s of things, over all travelling, so here we go!

1st trip was BRUSSELS!Although more than Brussels we visit the Bourge the grote Markt and... The Delirious tremmens.

We end up the day partying for the whole night and waiting in the train station for 50 min for not have checked the "weekend" schedule

2º MUNICH-Oktober Fest

It was the most crazy, long, weird and anecdotic road trip I´ve ever made.
I loved the beer, I got lost and checked everysingle tent, I almost fell sleep in the Disco, I started dance with some weird guy because I though it was a friend that had already left and I asked a thousand times how more long would be our subway trip like a little kid.

3º BRUGGE.
From time to time is good to have a weekend to relax, so on Saturday we went to Brugge just for tourism, no party, no sleepless night.
And as everybody says, is like get into a fairytale, with this amazing architecture, the channels, all the city center is just like go back in the glory of the middle ages. Just worth to see it.

4º ARDENNES

After a year organizing things was great to be in the other side and be just a participant. I think you value more their work although you also became more critic but anyway.
Great weekend with ESN, good people, good parties, good spa... what else can you ask for?

5º KRAKOW AND KIEV

The trip I was waiting for ages, Poland, Ucraine,an AEGEE Event as participant, my first AGORA..
All in 8 days, dealing with delayed buses, Sovietic Trains, changings of money, communist, plenaries, tematic parties...
No words, just a big smile.

And that´s all!
Next week PARIS, Le ville de l´amour.

Antwerp in Photos

ANTWERPEN: Why Antwerpen?

The name comes from an old story that said that Bravo, a roman heroe, tired of the represion of the gigant Antigoon that make everyone who want to cross the Schedt pay him a fee, cut his hand.
Celebrated in a statue in from of the city hall, you can see how the arm is bleeding actually.
The statue is a fontain.

Antwerpen is well known by its port, the second biggest in Europe. Centuries has passes since the first ship arrived and this harbour, Bonapartedok, is hosting now the MAS, the newest museum in Antwerp about the river, the city, the port, and the world.

The cathedral of Our Lady, never finished, it was supposed to have two towels but the city was run out of money!
In a Gothic style, really remind me the one in Burgos, home sweet home..

ONe the Maria statues that feature the corners of Antwerp

Tipical Flemish style

Maybe they used to hate us, but they can´t deny they love our cuissine.
Osborne bull and tipical tapas bar in the center of Antwerp.

Monument to the builders of the Cathedral

One of the many painters in the walls of the biuldings in Antwerp, open your eyes, you can see something different in every corner
